Monster Hunter Outlanders third beta starts August 7

Monster Hunter Outlanders is starting its third closed beta on August 7, 2026. This closed beta test is only available on Mobile, and you can sign-up for the chance to be picked via the game’s official website. Recruitment for the beta ends on July 24, and 20 people can also win access by taking part in a social media campaign.

This third beta will feature new “radiant” monsters, additional hunters not seen in the second beta held in May 2026, and the “implementation of improvements” outlined in the optimization plan shared following the previous test.

As with the previous round, Closed Beta Test 3 will accept applications through two categories: a General Participant category and a Content Creator category. The Content Creator category is open to creators who regularly produce content, are interested in Monster Hunter Outlanders, and keen to enjoy the game with their community. Video streaming and social media posts showcasing gameplay experience are highly encouraged in sharing their adventures with the community. This test will feature new radiant monsters and additional hunters that have newly appeared since the Closed Beta Test 2 held in May 2026, as well as the implementation of improvements outlined in the optimization plan shared following the previous test.
