Sandrone drip marketing for Genshin Impact

You might have already seen her new outfit thanks to beta leaks, but Sandrone’s redesign was officially revealed via her drip marketing on Genshin Impact‘s social media accounts today. This officially confirms that Sandrone will be playable, and that she’s debuting in version 6.7.

The Fatui Harbinger with a clockwork heart of gold has swapped the longer black-and-yellow maid dress for a trimmer black-and-red variant with different tights. You can see it for yourself in the full image below.

The accompanying text confirms that Sandrone has a Cryo vision, and is apparently trying to make us all tear up. Spoilers for the end of Nod-Krai’s Act VIII Archon Quest lay below!

The first description attached to Sandrone’s reveal reads:

“Today, we gather here with heavy hearts to mourn our friend…

“… Though the world took so much from her throughout her life, she chose to save it nevertheless. And even though she gave so much to those she called her friends, we have no choice but to bid farewell to her in this way…

“May she rest in peace in her homeland, where she shall lie reunited with those she had loved and lost…

“May we meet again one day, in another land, at her tea party.”

The attached quotes from other characters are even sadder:
